Short stays or early check out will be regarded as a cancellation
Early check in / late check out has to be pre-booked and paid at the time of booking and hotel reserves rights to relocate the guest to any other similar category hotel in the case of overbooking scenarios at the hotel

10% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure of the ship.
25% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure of the ship.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure of the ship.

A 20% payment to be paid in advance to an Indian Bank for the confirmation of booking. The amount will be non-refundable in case the client cancels, however it will be refunded if the booking isn't confirmed by the resort
Total payment needs to be processed 25 days prior to travel date, after which the confirmation number and voucher will be provided
In the scenario of the payment not processed by the payment deadline, the booking shall be released by resort

Sport Water Activities
internal island day visit charges are extra to be paid at the resort
Any meals/excursions not mentioned in the inclusions
Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt. Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
Portage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary
Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
