• Tour dates are indicative and may change depending on many factors including Non formation of desired group size. In such case clients will be given option to change dates .
• Airline is subject to change .clients to be made aware of this In case client is specific in his choice of Airline then you may check with us the Airfare Reduction and client can do his own air ticket, however in case his arrival and departure timings do not match with our group flight time than additional taxi fare for transfers needs to be paid by the guest on own
• PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Booking amount = INR 70,000 per person to confirm the booking
• Group Departure of Tours” means such to which are carried out in groups containing individual families where the services provided are similar to all guest/s.
• The Tourist interested going abroad must have a valid Visa to visit/travel to that Country/Countries. Company generally assists in documentation and submission of application for visa by forwarding them to the respective consulates on the dates as pre- defined by the concerned authority. The granting or not granting visa is the sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Authorities even after submitting all relevant documents or attending personal interview or otherwise and company is not at all responsible for grant or not grant of visa for whatever reasons and for errors in the date of visa granted or scanned photographs by the concerned authorities. No consulate gives any reason for not granting visa. Normally the passport is returned without visa. The Company therefore shall not provide any reason why a person is not granted a visa. Company reserves the right to evy an additional charge over and above the tour tariff to be paid and borne by tourists for delay in production of visa by the tourist before the Company for any reason whatsoever. If the tourist cancels a tour due to not granting of visa and /or for any other reason whatsoever, the cancellation charges shall be paid by the tourist and any fine, penalties or any such payments arising due to not meeting with the requirements of any airport or government authorities including Passport or Visa documents, are to be paid by the Tourist.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• No name change allowed after booking
• Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked
• Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the group size is of 30 passengers or above. For groups with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
• PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
• Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same
• Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
• If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.

Force Majeure means an event or circumstance not within the reasonable control, directly or indirectly, its ability to perform its obligations / responsibilities regarding the tour including

• Pandemic, War, hostilities invasion, act of foreign enemies;
• Rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war;
• Epidemic, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake or other exceptional natural calamity and act of God;
• ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;
• Riot, commotion or disorder;
• any act or omission of any Government instrumentality;

Cancellation Policy

• 00-15 Days: 100% of the Package Cost will be charged
• 16-30 Days: 85% of the Package Cost will be charged
• 31-45 Days: 75% of the Package cost will be charged
• 46-60 Days: 50% of the Package cost will be charged
• 61-90 Days: 40% of the package cost will be charged
• 91 or before: 15% of the package cost will be charged

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• Visa Fee + service charges will be deducted from invoice amount and balance amount will be refunded.

VISA REJECTION POLICY

• Booking amount = INR 70,000/- per person to confirm the booking, Balance amount to be Two days prior as per the cancellation Policy. We must receive 100% payment 60 days before the departure date

Important Notes:

• Hotels : 3* Budget Hotels will be given : Names will only be finalized and given 3 days before departure and after we have received Visa copy and 100% payments
• Airlines: Contracted Airlines are singapore airline , Malaysian airline , Vietjet . You may check with us the tentative flight details as per each departure, however its subject to change. Deviation Charges: Airline will charge deviation charges of Rs.20000 per ticket (variable) if you decide to arrive earlier or depart later than the group dates

• GST of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
• TCS as applicable
• Tips ( 3 USD Per Person Per Day )
• Supplement Charges of Rs 5000/-*PP if flight is Ex Ahmedabad
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt. Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
• Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Portage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the itinerary
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
• Insurance for below 59 Yrs.
