1Day 01 : Dehradun Arrival
Meet and Greet For Chardham Yatra Charter Services: Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point for Chardham Yatra. Our representatives will pick up from the Dehradun airport. After relaxing and refreshment in the Hotel. In the evening the welcome dinner and detailed briefing of Chardham Yatra. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.Arrival, Relaxation and Refreshment at the Hotel.

2Day 02 : Dehradun - Kharsali Helipad. Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6 km trek (each side) by riding on a pony or by palki.
Visit To Yamunotri Dham: The blessed Chardham Yatra will begin in the morning from the Dehradun Sahatradhara Helipad by flying to Kharsali Helipad (for Yamunotri Temple). Travel from Kharsali helipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by Pony/ Palki or Trek. After darshan we come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay. 06 AM Fly from Dehradun & 6:30 AM Arrival in Kharsali. (Breakfast will be in Kharsali)

3Day 03 : Kharsali - Harsil - Gangotri - Harsil
After breakfast, the Group shall be flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotri ji temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Pandit ji is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forest and green mountains. On the way, there are many splendid spots where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.06:30 AM Fly from Kharsali & 7 AM Arrival in Harsil.

4Day 4 : Harsil - Sersi - Kedarnath - Sersi
Early morning, we drive to Harsil Helipad. On arrival, we fly to Sersi Helipad. Then we again fly/continue to Kedarnath from our own same Helipad. The Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach by Helicopter. The Pandit ji will accompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad.
Overall it takes 2 hours for the Kedarnath visit. We will have lunch and Passengers can relax. Overnight stay at Sersi / Guptkashi. If you want to stay in Kedarnath you can pay extra for stay and meals however we don’t advise to stay there as type of stay is not up to the mark.
07:30 AM Fly from Harsil & 8:10 AM Arrival in Sersi. Sersi to Kedarnath fly will be in Shuttle service as per nearest slot after breakfast in Sersi hotel. It takes approx 10 min to reach Kedarnath from Sersi.

5Day 5 : Sersi - Badrinath
The group is headed towards the Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath ji shrine. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will be Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, the last border village of India with China for sightseeing. In the evening, the Passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath Temple followed by dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.08:30 AM Fly from Sersi & 9 AM Arrival in Badrinath.

5Day 6 : Badrinath - Dehradun
After the breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, remember to see the beautiful overview of the Region, especially the picturesque view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag and Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop to helipad. On arrival drop at Dehradun hotel or Airport.
09:30 AM Fly from Badrinath & 10 AM Arrival in Dehradun.

Inclusions
Payment Policy
- Holding without payment: Maximum 24 to 36 Hours.
- 25 % of total amount advance for confirmation.
- 50 % of total amount 45 days before.
- Balance Payment 30 Days before.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Charge will be 10% of total cost if cancelled 30+ Days before.
- Cancellation Charge will be 25% of total cost if cancelled between 22-29 Days before.
- Cancellation Charge will be 60% of total cost if cancelled between 21-16 Days before.
- Cancellation Charge will be 100% of total cost if cancelled between 15-0 Days before.
- If flying is not possible due to any reason/bad weather at Dehradun, then 5% Service charge + Utilized Services like Hotel Stay and Transportation will be applicable.
- In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
- Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 3 to 5 Kg weight in the Helicopter. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.
- Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.
- There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens.
- Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.
- In Case of Rescheduling The Journey From The Customer’s Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject to Availability of Seats.
- All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.
- Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.
- The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary.
- The Company Has The Right To Change The Itinerary In The Event Of Adverse Weather Condition Or Any Unforeseen Circumstances Which Is Beyond Our Control.
- The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay Or Travelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason.
- Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2,500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which will be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.
- Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers. (Palakhi / Pony cost is only included at Yamunotri)
- The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Change in the Itinerary Due To Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.
- Medical Emergencies: Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).
